What we collect
To operate MITRR, we collect a small amount of information. Nothing more than we need.
- Your email address — so we can confirm your booking and stay in touch.
- Session information — which session type you booked, when, and for how long.
- Basic usage data — pages visited, how long you spent on them. Aggregated and anonymous.
- Device information — browser type and operating system. Helps us fix things when they break.
That's it. We don't collect anything else. We don't want to.
What we don't collect
This matters more to us than what we do collect. These are promises, not policies.
We do not sell your personal information.
We do not build advertising profiles.
We do not share your conversations with advertisers.
We do not use your words to market products to you.
We do not read your conversations for any purpose other than system safety.
How we protect you
Every conversation that passes through MITRR is encrypted. The words you say in a session are not readable by us, not stored in plain text, and not accessible to anyone outside the session.
- End-to-end encryption on all session content.
- Secure infrastructure with industry-standard protections.
- Strict internal access controls — the smallest possible number of people can access any part of our systems.
- Regular security reviews. We don't set it and forget it.
We're not a large corporation with a dedicated security team of hundreds. We're a small team that takes this seriously precisely because we're small. Every decision about how we handle your data is a decision someone here made personally.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you have legal rights over your personal data. We want you to know them and to use them.
- You can download everything we hold about you.
- You can delete your account — and your data goes with it.
- You can ask us to correct anything that's wrong.
- You can withdraw your consent to any data processing at any time.

About our AI
MITRR uses AI technology to power its sessions. We want to be transparent about what that means — and what it doesn't.
What it means: the responses you receive in a session are generated by an AI model, not a human. The AI is designed to listen without judgment, without memory, and without agenda.
What it doesn't mean: your conversations are not used to train AI models. What you say inside MITRR stays inside MITRR. We do not feed your words back into any model, share them with any AI provider for training purposes, or use them to improve anything beyond the immediate session.
We will always be honest about what MITRR is. It is not a human. It is not a therapist. But it is designed to be something most technology isn't — a space that actually listens.
Deleting your data
You can delete your account at any time. When you do, your data is removed from our systems within 30 days — conversations, account information, everything.
We don't hold onto data we no longer need. We don't archive conversations for future use. When you're gone, your words are gone with you.
To delete your account, email us at privacy@mitrr.app. We'll handle it personally.
